The Founder herself, Madame Farida, as how most people address her, is the role model of the company. Her hard-working and easy going energy get the team going as she go through details without a miss.

Born in April 25th, Farida is the eldest amongst her siblings. Graduated in Communications, majoring in Public Relations from Universitas Mercu Buana (where she took the role of lecturer after her graduation), she started her career in television production as entertainment program reporter.

Upon working with well-known names such as Ratna Listy, Uya Kuya, Andre Stinky, Surya, Cynthia Lamusu, Atiqah Hasiholan and Rio Dewanto, to name a few, she was trusted to handle their wedding.

Her curiosity and interest in event services grew bigger as she explore the other type of events. In 2003, she worked her way into the creative team, show management, and project management. The excitement built during the exploration made it clear that event services is her dream.

Hence in 2005, she founded Illusion Event Organizer. For Farida, it is a great pleasure to be able to present an idea and realized it to the clients.

It is upon realizing her passion in wedding and event service world that Absolute Event Organizer (formerly known as Illusion), as well as Lucky Green Wedding Organizer (now known as World Of Wedding Organizer) are established.

Born in September 5th and the eldest amongst 3 siblings, the cool Mohamad Yuvaldi, or known as ka Valdi, is the COO of Absolute!

He started his career in Bandung, Indonesia, as Graphic Designer and Animator. In 2004, he decided to move to Jakarta and join one of the event organizing company. It was 2007 when he decided to build Absolute Event Organizer with Farida, the CEO of the company.

With his golden touch, Valdi is, hands down the favorite designer of most Absolute Event Organizer’s clients who was mesmerized by his masterpiece. His ability to stay calm and focus yet still easy-going is what the team look up to in workspace or live during events.

The team know her as Ciwow. Do not let the petite figure fool you as she has big hearts, big analyzing skill, big schedule, and with no doubt, big attention to details in which, together with the team, make success inevitable.

Ciwow is the one who connects and brings the team together. Her warm personality is like a magnet. During an event, you will make at least one stop to her no matter what. When you are involve in the event, you will know why.
